24H 是個只有時針的鐘,
所以人們不易察覺時(間)的變化.
但時間卻是不斷流逝.

人們應該, 需要或在乎切確的時間嗎?
縱使時鐘上有時針, 分針, 秒針,
但人們對於它們卻有不同的態度:
人傾向在乎精確的時及
5倍數的分, 如5分, 10分, 15分等;
絕大部分都不需要秒.
24H依時間對人們的重要性顯示出需要的資訊:
24個時, 5倍數的分, 沒有秒針跟分針.


For 24H Clock's single indication, you might not easily
notice that time is actually flying until time has passed by.

Do you have an obsession with accurate time? Though
there are hour, minute, and second hands on a clock,
what people perceive might be different to the functions
a clock provides: We usually concern the accurate hour,
tend to carry minute to be multiples of 5. Precise second
is not needed. Regarding to the real need for people to
perceive information from a clock, 24H Clock tells time:
24-hour, 5X-minute, neglects the second and minute hand.
